My acceptable screening methods require some combination of 2 out of the following 4 pieces of information:
1. An unedited photo that includes your valid government ID (driver's license/passport). Even if you choose to verify without an ID, I will still request at least your full legal name and date of birth.
2. Employment information that includes your company name, title, and position, as well as your work email.
3. Links to an online presence that can be matched to your ID or legal name/employment info: LinkedIn, work website with your bio, other personal social media with at least some publicly reviewable content etc...
4. A minimum of two recent references from active, verifiable providers. Include their email, website, ad, or social media link.
Please provide at least any initial social/website/provider reference info in this form. Your information will remain 100% confidential. If you prefer to wait to send your ID through my encrypted email address rather than through this form, I will review your initial information and if your request seems worth moving to the next steps of the booking process, I will then reply to request any needed follow up information. If I feel you are not a good fit for me as a provider based on your initial inquiry, you request short notice and/or explicit services not listed in my offerings, or I have to follow up repeatedly to complete the screening process or secure your deposit I will decline to continue the scheduling process and cease contact without further explanation. I understand that this can feel like a lot of information to provide, but my comfort and safety are non-negotiable and offer the benefit of giving you the best version of me possible during or time together!
